Job summary

Tufts Medicine Lowell General Hospital and Merrimack Urology Associates seek a full‑time Inpatient Urology Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a collaborative urology team. The role provides inpatient urologic care across the Main and Saints Campuses with a 2:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m.

schedule four days per week. The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited PA/NP program, holds a MA license, has urology experience or rotations, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PA or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current license as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts.
• Background in Urology from prior advanced practice experience or rotations.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient urologic care across the Lowell General Hospital and Saints Campuses.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient‑focused care.
• Perform cystoscopies, TRUS biopsies, vasectomies, and in-house ultrasounds.
• Work as part of a large, experienced urology team to support outcomes.
