Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a behavioral health field.
• Active Alabama licensure as LPC-S, LMFT-S, or LICSW-S or equivalent supervisor designation.
• Minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Experience with assessments, treatment planning, supervision, and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing care.
• Deliver clinical supervision to pre-licensed clinicians per Alabama regulations.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, case managers, and community partners.
• Support clinician growth through mentorship, consultation, and professional development.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and clinical consultations.
• Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week, including supervision activities.
