Job summary

Qualifications

• Current South Carolina licensure as PT, OT, or SLP.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field (or higher).
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.
• Demonstrated leadership across teams or settings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and clinical care for therapy staff.
• Manage staffing, productivity, and patient flow.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support staff development through hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Monitor KPIs such as patient volume, documentation quality, and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Director of Rehabilitation and leadership to align with organizational goals.
