Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Wallingford, CT, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to lead our outpatient therapy program at the Masonicare Facility. You will oversee an award-winning team of therapists, create personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to improve residents' independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, treatment and education, meticulous documentation, and advocacy to connect clients with community resources.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or license eligible.
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and assist patients; stand for extended periods.
