Job summary

Brooks Rehabilitation is seeking a Center Manager and Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient team in St. Augustine. This dual-role position combines clinical care with clinic leadership, located at 190 Southpark Blvd #100, St. Augustine, FL.

Qualifications

• Active Florida PT license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

• Communicate effectively with patients and team; document progress.
• Support clinic administrative tasks and budget/volume targets.
