Brooks Rehabilitation in Ormond Beach seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our Outpatient team. Join a patient-centered environment with mentorship, education, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida.
• CPR/BLS Certification is required.
• Knowledge of federal and state professional requirements.
• Experience preferred; new graduates will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care for a variety of rehabilitation diagnoses.
• Provide a positive patient experience through patient engagement and progressive treatment techniques.
• Effectively communicate verbally and in writing with patients, families, physicians, and team members.
• Promote evidence-based patient care and best clinical practices.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with organizational, state, and federal requirements.
