Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Florida.
• CPR/BLS certified and current.
• Knowledge of federal and Florida state professional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete the new patient evaluation and establish treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality care across multiple rehabilitation diagnoses.
• Effectively communicate with patients verbally and in writing.
• Engage patients to ensure progressive treatment and goal attainment.
• Promote evidence-based care in daily practice.
