Job summary

Ignitus Recovery is expanding its AIM Health outpatient program in Boulder, CO, seeking an outpatient therapist (LPC or LCSW) to join a growing behavioral health team serving young adults. You will perform assessments, create treatment plans, provide individual and group therapy, document in EHR/EMR, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery across levels of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field.
• Licensure: LPCC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or CAS.
• Experience providing therapy in residential and/or outpatient SUD/co-occurring settings.
• Knowledge of ASAM criteria, clinical documentation standards, and client safety practices.
• Proficiency with EHR/EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete biopsychosocial assessments, risk screenings, and ASAM-aligned evaluations.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on progress and clinical need.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy focused on recovery, safety, and skill development.
• Facilitate scheduled clinical programming and maintain attendance records.
• Complete clinical documentation in the EHR/EMR within required timeframes and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and external providers.
• Support discharge planning and aftercare recommendations.
• Maintain a trauma-informed, culturally responsive therapeutic environment.
