Job summary

Community Reach Center in Colorado seeks a licensed or pre-licensed Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy. You will use trauma-informed, person-centered approaches, manage treatment and safety plans, and document accurately while meeting program KPIs.

This full-time role offers hybrid work, competitive pay and benefits including 401K, health/dental/vision, and loan forgiveness options. Bilingual stipend available for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required from an accredited program in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field.
• Ability to register with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) and maintain required registration, licensure, supervision, and credentialing standards.
• Demonstrated ability to provide clinically appropriate therapy, maintain timely and accurate documentation, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, family, and/or group therapy to assigned consumers and families, as clinically appropriate.
• Prepares, updates, and manages treatment plans, safety plans, transition plans, and discharge plans based on clinical need and requirements.
• Provides therapeutic crisis intervention, safety planning, de-escalation support, and appropriate follow-up as needed.
• Documents clinical interventions, consumer contacts, treatment progress, and program activity while maintaining confidentiality.
• Uses measurement-based care tools and program dashboards to track progress and guide decisions.
