Job summary

Lifepoint Health's Mesa Springs Innovations-Arlington is seeking an Outpatient Therapist in Arlington, TX. You will conduct individual and group therapy, participate in treatment planning, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, crisis management, and coordinated care across care teams in a full-time days schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
• CPR certification and de-escalation certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Current Clinical or Social Work license as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conducts individual and group therapy sessions with patients to educate on psychological, emotional, or substance-related issues.
• Active involvement in treatment planning and discharge/transition planning.
• Provide family session counseling to support communication and involvement of family and support groups.
• Communicate with clients, families, and outside referral sources to coordinate care.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and confidentiality per HIPAA and hospital standards.
• Work with interdisciplinary team including physicians, nursing staff, and utilization review.
