Qualifications

• Valid license in Massachusetts as LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT.

What You’ll Do:

Provideindividual, couples, family, and/or group therapyvia telehealth.
Conductintake assessmentsand determine the best level of care.
Developpersonalized treatment plansthat create real change.
Coordinate care withfamilies, medical providers, and outside agencies.
Maintain documentation in ouruser-friendly EHR system.
Participate in case management and team meetings as needed.
Providecrisis interventionand therapeutic support as necessary.

Who You Are:

Licensed Clinician (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) in Massachusetts
An experienced, compassionate, and driven clinician looking for work-life balance
Comfortable managing your own schedule and caseload
Flexible schedule with some evening and weekend availability
Skilled in time management and documentation
