Position: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Licensure: Active LPC license in Texas

Pay: $75,000-$80,000 base salary + bonus potential

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am – 5 pm EST/CST (40 hours per week)

Candidates must have a minimum of two years of therapy and diagnostic experience following the issuance of an independent LPC license. Experience facilitating group therapy is strongly preferred.

Iris Telehealth is seeking full-time LPC’s to provide therapy services in our Virtual Behavioral Health Clinic. In this role, you’ll conduct individual assessments, develop treatment plans, and connect patients with valuable community resources, all within a program designed to fill gaps in the outpatient continuum for hospitals and health systems.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as an independently Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

• Active LPC license in Texas required

• Proven experience in therapy, with at least 2 yearsof diagnostic experience in this setting

• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during CST hours.

• Experience & willingness to treat patients across various age groups, ideally all ages but a minimum of ages 13+

• Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
