Job summary

TLC Wellness in Charlotte, NC is seeking a fully licensed outpatient therapist to provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. This is a full-time position with opportunities to shape programming and work across developmental stages.

This role offers flexible scheduling with in-person and telehealth options, strong clinical leadership, and a focus on mission-driven care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active and unrestricted North Carolina clinical license required (LCSW, LCHMC, LMFT or equivalent).
• Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy services.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Develop individualized, measurable treatment plans based on client goals and clinical presentation.
• Provide evidence-based therapy interventions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with families, schools, providers, and community supports when appropriate
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as clinically indicated.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of clinical programming and systems as the practice grows
• Participate in team consultation and professional development opportunities.
