Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Outpatient Therapist to join our Radnor-based clinical team, providing individual and group therapy for adolescents and adults in an outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, nursing with a clinical internship.
• Active, independent clinical license required (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT accepted).
• Experience with adolescents and/or adults in behavioral health settings preferred.
• Familiarity with LOCAs, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to ethical practice and collaborative care.

We provide outpatient treatment for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders, serving both adolescents and adults. Position Overview

The Part-Time Outpatient Therapist will provide individual and group therapy to adolescent and adult clients in an outpatient setting. This position will also conduct Level of Care Assessments (LOCAs), develop treatment plans, and maintain clinical documentation while working closely with the multidisciplinary treatment team.

• Licensure: Active, independent clinical license required. LPC, LCSW, or LMFT accepted.
• Prior experience providing therapy to adolescents and/or adults in a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.
• Familiarity with LOCAs, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to ethical practice and a collaborative, team-based approach to care.
