Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to join our Radnor facility to provide individual therapy, group sessions, and LOCAs for adults and adolescents in a full-time outpatient setting.

The role requires a Master’s in psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (clinical), or a related field, plus experience with LOCAs and treatment planning. Schedule: 3 evenings (12:00 PM–8:00 PM) and 2 daytime shifts; salary $55,000–$57,000 annually based on experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in human services), or a related field.
• Experience: Prior experience providing therapy to adolescents and/or adults in a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.
• Familiarity with LOCAs, treatment planning, and progress documentation.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to ethical practice and a collaborative, team-based approach to care.
