Job summary

A healthcare delivery network in Dublin is seeking an Outpatient Therapist for behavioral health services. You'll conduct individual and group therapy sessions, participate in treatment planning, and provide family support. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in social work or counseling, has experience with patients facing psychological issues, and must obtain CPR certification within 30 days of hire. Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
• Actively participate in treatment planning and after-care processes.
• Provide family therapy sessions as needed.
• Assist with patient vitals and urine drug screening as needed.
• Communicate with patients, families, and referral sources in line with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, UR, and nursing staff.

Outpatient Therapist, Behavioral Health (PRN)

How You’ll Contribute

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to educate and treat patients experiencing psychological, emotional, or substance use issues.
• Actively participate in treatment planning, discharge, transition, and after‑care processes.
• Provide family therapy sessions as needed to support continuity of care and reduce barriers to treatment.
• Support with patient vitals and urine drug screening (UDS) as needed.
• Communicate proactively with patients, families, and referral sources in accordance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.
• Collaborate consistently with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, UR, and nursing staff.

What We’re Looking For
