Job summary

Columbus Springs Dublin is a 72-bed behavioral health hospital and part of Lifepoint Health, serving the Dublin community with comprehensive inpatient care. We are seeking an Inpatient Therapist to join our team, contributing through individual and group therapy, family sessions, and collaborative treatment planning.

The successful candidate will hold a Master’s degree in social work or counseling and an OH license, with CPR and de-escalation certification obtained within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or equivalent is required.
• Current clinical or social work license in the state of OH is required.
• CPR and de-escalation certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conducts individual and group therapy sessions to educate patients regarding psychological, emotional, or substance abuse problems.
• Displays active involvement in treatment planning process.
• Provides family session counseling to all patients to ensure appropriate communication and involvement of family members and support groups.
• Actively communicates with clients, families, and outside referral sources.
• Demonstrates proactive communication with those involved with the patient's treatment.
• Works well with the interdisciplinary team including physicians, utilization review and nursing staff members.

How you'll contribute

An Inpatient Therapist Who Excels In This Role

What We're Looking For

Applicants should have a Master's degree in social work, counseling, or equivalent and a current clinical or social work license in the state of OH. Additional requirements include:

• Prior experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients


• CPR and de-escalation certification required within 30 days of hire
