The position of Licensed Clinical Professional requires a licensed professional clinician with experience in treating behavioral health issues. Responsibilities include active engagement and coordination of care with internal and external resources, including psychiatry, community support, legal system, families, and social agencies. The individual should be a positive team member, with specific skills or population experience as needed.

Salary: $55,000

Position Requirements:

• Graduate degree in Counseling or related field
• Valid licensure in North Carolina (LCMHC, LCSW, or relevant Associate Level license)
• Knowledge of North Carolina human services system
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Proficiency with Microsoft 360, Excel, Word, and basic programs
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable transportation
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check
• Physical ability to lift 20-50 pounds, perform CPR, and therapeutic holds

Responsibilities:

• Providing assessments, crisis intervention, individual and group therapy to diverse populations
• Serving individuals with various mental health and substance use diagnoses
• Facilitating relationships with families, guardians, agencies, and community
• Supporting connections to services and holistic treatment referrals
• Collaborating with clinical staff for communication and treatment implementation
