Job summary

Fort Wayne Recovery is seeking a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, or PsyD) to join our in-person clinical team in Fort Wayne, IN. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week, focused on adults navigating substance use and mental health challenges within a supportive, collaborative environment.

You will provide individual, family, and group therapy, develop personalized treatment plans, work with psychiatrists and nurses, and educate patients and families on coping strategies,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Active Indiana licensure: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, or PsyD.
• Experience in mental health or psychiatric care preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to adults facing substance abuse and mental health concerns.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and guide patients toward measurable progress.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow clinicians in a team-based care model.
• Educate patients and families about coping strategies, recovery, and mental wellness.
• Respond with empathy and professionalism during crises or escalation.
