Job summary

Compass Behavioral Group in Norfolk, Virginia, is hiring therapists to provide evidence-based outpatient therapy to diverse clients. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain documentation while collaborating with physicians, schools, and community providers.

Requires an active Virginia license (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) and strong diagnostic, clinical judgment, and communication skills. This is a W-2 position with benefits for full-time staff and an hourly rate of $70–$80 based
