Job summary

Compass Behavioral Group in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a licensed therapist to provide evidence-based outpatient services to children, adolescents, and adults in a private office setting at our Pantops location.

As a W-2 employee, you’ll earn $70–$80 per hour based on experience, with benefits available for full-time staff. You’ll receive administrative support, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth and collaboration with experienced clinicians.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia license required (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).

Responsibilities

Your Role
