Job summary

Compass Behavioral Group in Glen Allen, VA is seeking an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT licensed therapist to provide evidence-based outpatient therapy to diverse client groups. You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and maintain documentation while collaborating with physicians, schools, psychiatrists, and community providers.

As a W-2 employee, you will earn $70–$80 per hour, with benefits available for full-time status.

Qualifications
