Job summary

Allina Health is hiring pre-independently licensed LGSW therapists pursuing LICSW licensure to provide outpatient mental health therapy in a primary care clinic. Monday to Friday daytime hours, hybrid schedule optional, with supervision hours and support for independent licensure.

Responsibilities include individual therapy for patients up to age 64, ~28 patients per week, diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, crisis interventions, and care coordination. Supervision provided weekly.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work.
• Licensed Graduate Social Worker - MN Board of Social Work required.
• BLS certification required or provided via option.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient individual therapy for patients through age 64.
• See approximately 28 patients per week.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Complete crisis interventions and safety assessments.
• Coordinate care for new and established patients.
• Receive weekly group and individual supervision.
