Job summary

Behavioral Healthcare Partners of Central Ohio, Inc. is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to provide person-centered behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and adults.

You’ll deliver therapy, support recovery, and help clients build healthier, more fulfilling lives. The role involves individual, group, family, and telehealth counseling; risk assessments; treatment planning; crisis intervention; coordination of care; documentation in EHR; and collaboration with schools, hospitals, and

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio LSW or LPC license is required.
• Bachelor's degree with an acceptable entry-level license or master's degree in social work or counseling.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, family, and telehealth counseling.
• Conduct behavioral health and risk assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Required

What We're Looking For

• Valid Ohio LSW or LPC license
• Bachelor's degree with an acceptable entry-level license or master's degree in social work or counseling
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Preferred

• LISW or LPCC
• One to three years of behavioral health therapy experience
• Experience working with individuals with serious mental illness
• Experience with evidence-based treatment and crisis intervention
