Job summary

Aspen Grove Behavioral Hospital (AGBH) in Orem, Utah, seeks a part-time IOP Therapist licensed as LCSW, CMHC, LMFT or Psy.D. The role supports our adolescent, adult, and detox/rehab populations within the intensive outpatient program. Working Mon–Thu from 5:00pm–8:00pm with some weekends, you will coordinate care, provide therapy, and help mentor staff in a 94-bed facility.

Applicants must hold a Utah license and have a master's degree in a relevant field; Psy.D. is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
• Utah license must be current; Psy.D. license is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication, time management, crisis intervention, and psychotherapy skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care and provide therapeutic treatment for the intensive outpatient department.
• Lead one-hour group sessions as needed.
• Complete daily paperwork and documentation for all sessions delivered.
• Provide mentoring, supervision and development opportunities for AGBH employees.

Aspen Grove Behavioral Hospital (AGBH) is an 94-bed facility, serving the adolescent, adult, and detox/rehab population and is located in Orem, Utah. Aspen Grove Behavioral Hospital is seeking an energetic IOP-PHP Therapist (Part-Time) licensed as a LCSW, CMHC, LMFT or Psy.D. Our IOP Therapist coordinates care and provides therapeutic treatment for our intensiveoutpatient department. AGBH is a member of Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS). IOP Therapist Details

• This is a part-time position Mon - Thurs. from 5:00pm - 8:00pm w/some weekends
• Group sessions will be offered for one hour sessions; as needed
• Paperwork and documentation is completed each day for all sessions delivered
• Provide mentoring, supervision and development opportunities for AGBH employees.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters Degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health or Marriage and Family Therapy required, Psy.D. highly preferred.
• Must hold a valid license in the State of Utah.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, time management, crisis intervention, and group and individual psychotherapy required.
• Keep current with continuing education requirements for Utah state license.
• Able to attend and complete all required new employee orientation and ongoing training requirements via e-learning platform and in-person
