Job summary

Aspen Grove Behavioral Hospital in Orem, UT is seeking an energetic IOP-PHP Therapist licensed as LCSW, CMHC, LMFT or Psy.D. This part-time position coordinates care and provides therapeutic treatment for our intensive outpatient department.

You will lead group sessions, complete daily documentation, and mentor or supervise staff while supporting program goals. Evening hours Mon–Thu with occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health, or Marriage and Family Therapy; Psy.D. preferred.
• Valid Utah professional license required.
• Strong communication, time management, crisis intervention, and group and individual psychotherapy skills.
• Willing to attend orientation and ongoing training via e-learning and in-person.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care and provide therapeutic treatment for the intensive outpatient department.
• Conduct group therapy sessions and oversee clinical documentation daily.
• Provide mentoring, supervision and staff development opportunities for AGBH employees.
• Part-time role: Mon–Thu, 5:00pm–8:00pm, with some weekends as needed.
