Job summary

Clear Behavioral Health in El Monte, CA is seeking an outpatient therapist to provide individual and group therapy, develop personalized treatment plans, and foster a supportive environment for mental health healing and growth.

You will deliver up to 25 client-facing hours weekly with administrative time, conduct suicide risk assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team; requires a Master's degree and Registered Therapist status with at least 1 year of adult/adolescent clinical

Qualifications

• Master's degree required from an accredited program.
• Registered Therapist status (AMFT/ACSW/APCC/LMFT/LCSW/LPCC) required.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience with adults and adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive individual psychotherapy to clients.
• Lead group psychotherapy sessions based on evidence-based practices.
• Manage up to 25 client-facing hours per week with admin time.
• Care for clients from admission to discharge, including safety planning.
• Conduct suicide risk assessments and Crisis Safety Plans.
• Collaborate with other counselors to coordinate care.
