Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a Human Service Field.
• Currently holds or is actively pursuing a license in the State of West Virginia as one of the following: LCSW, LICSW, LGSW, LPC, LP or pursuing Licensure as a Psychologist.
• Six months to one-year experience with MI, I/DD or SUD populations.
• Ability to read, write, understand and speak English; proficient in using EMR software.

Responsibilities

• Assesses clients’ needs and evaluates progress.
• Develops measurable, time-limited treatment objectives for the treatment plan.
• Provides individual, group and family counseling sessions.
• Completes and submits documentation per agency and licensing requirements.
• Participates in treatment plan meetings, supervision and clinical trainings.
• Provides crisis services and maintains least restrictive interventions.
