Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or nursing required.
• Associate or Independent Kentucky licensure required, or actively working toward licensure.
• Proficiency with EHRs and strong documentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active outpatient therapy caseload.
• Complete diagnostic screenings and health assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and reviews.
• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate electronic clinical documentation.
