Job summary

All For Kids in Long Beach seeks an experienced Behavioral Health Outpatient Therapist to deliver family- and child-centered psychotherapy. The role emphasizes integrated, individualized services and structured environments to support safe community living.

Qualifications

• Two years' direct service experience with severely emotionally disturbed clients (inpatient or outpatient).
• One year of case management experience preferred.
• Master's degree in psychology, social work or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Valid California driver's license and active licensure as AMFT, ACSW, or Registered Psychologist.

Responsibilities

• Conduct DMH intake assessment and clinical diagnostic evaluation and develop service plans.
• Provide family, individual, conjoint and group psychotherapy aligned with treatment goals.
• Maintain 65% productivity and complete documentation within 24 hours of service.
• Coordinate with case managers and other staff to implement treatment plans.
• Participate in supervision and evidence-based practice groups as required.
• Ensure confidentiality and adhere to Child Abuse reporting guidelines.
• Document all activities and ensure billing accuracy.
