Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in mental health assessment and addictions with individual, group, and family therapy.
• LSW, LMHCA, or LMFTA licensure required.

Aufgaben

• Conduct initial diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group and/or family therapy.
• Document all activities in the electronic medical record per agency policies.
• Participate in weekly peer consultation with outpatient staff and weekly staffing with psychiatrist.
• Deliver excellent customer service aligned with the organization values of integrity, compassion and responsibility.
• Meet productivity goals and deadlines and adhere to policies and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
