Porter-Starke is seeking an Outpatient Therapist for Valparaiso/Portage/Knox with flexible scheduling and telehealth options. The role covers assessments, treatment planning, and individual, group, and family therapy for children to adults, with possible addictions work based on candidate strengths.

Minimum a Master’s in a relevant field and at least 3 years of mental health experience are required. Licensure as LSW/LMHCA/LMFTA is required, with preferred licenses noted.

• Licensure as LSW, LMHCA, or LMFTA required; other licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy as indicated.
• Document in EMR according to agency policies.
• Engage in weekly peer consultation and psychiatry staffing.
• Maintain high standards of ethical practice and productivity.
