Job summary

Porter-Starke Services in Indiana is seeking a Home-Based Therapist to deliver family therapy to children, adolescents, and seriously and persistently mentally ill adults in clients' homes. The role involves flexible scheduling, including evenings, and coordinating with families to implement treatment plans.

You will provide crisis intervention, advocacy, and support services aligned with each family’s culture and needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or counseling from an accredited college or university.
• 1–3 years of experience in adolescent, pre-adolescent, family therapy or related area.
• LSW, LMHC-A or LMFT-A licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Provides home-based family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
• Schedules sessions in clients’ residences, including evenings.
• Assesses safety and develops intervention goals with family members.
• Collaborates in weekly team meetings and supervision.
• Delivers crisis intervention and advocacy services.
