Qualifications

• Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and licensure in the designated field.
• Experience with children, adolescence, teens, and/or adults preferred.
• Experience with couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and/or schools preferred.
• General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose behavioral health issues, create and implement a treatment plan, complete documentation including additional diagnoses and case notes.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to fill gaps in the community.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Education

Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field

Licensed in designated field (LAC/LSW/LAMFT)
