Qualifications
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and licensure in the designated field.
- Experience with children, adolescence, teens, and/or adults preferred.
- Experience with couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and/or schools preferred.
- General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose behavioral health issues, create and implement a treatment plan, complete documentation including additional diagnoses and case notes.
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to fill gaps in the community.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session.
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
- Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.

LAC, LSW, LAMFT
We provide a flexible work schedule, but we expect our therapists to proactively balance client needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Given the high demand for sessions between 3 PM – 9 PM on weekdays OR a Saturdays/Sunday, success in this role requires availability during these peak hours.
- Up to $2,500 in Signing Bonus
- Free Clinical Supervision for Licensed Associate (LAC/LSW/LAMFT) candidates is available
- Paid Weekly Group Supervision

Our therapists are highly compensated (base hourly pay, commission splits, performance bonuses and more). They also have the flexibility to manage their own caseload at a comfortable level, focus their efforts on specialties and work in a warm, inviting office.
