Job summary

Genesee Health System seeks an Outpatient Therapist to join our clinical team in Davison, MI. You will provide outpatient individual, family, and group therapy, with crisis intervention as needed, aligned to evidence-based practice expectations.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in Social Work with LMSW/LLMSW eligibility or an equivalent Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy and must pursue the applicable Michigan licensure.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Social Work required with LMSW/LLMSW credentials or eligibility.
• One year experience with individuals with mental illness and related conditions.
• Must obtain/maintain Michigan licensure (LMSW/LPC/LLP/LMFT) within required timelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient individual, family and group therapy as primary/secondary provider.
• Provide crisis intervention and disposition per evidence-based practice models.
• Adhere to EBP expectations and maintain required licensure.
