Job summary

Northeast Family Services isseeking caring and experienced Outpatient Therapists to join our growing New York team. We are expanding our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic and seek a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or LMHC who is EMDR trained or certified for a hybrid, fee-for-service role in our New York clinics, with bilingual premiums possible.

Qualifications

• Active NY State LCSW or LMHC required.
• EMDR trained (Part 1 & Part II) or EMDR certified.
• Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy.
• Comfort working with children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing clinical care.
• Utilize trauma-informed and evidence-based interventions, including EMDR for trauma, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders.
• Demonstrate clinical competency with trauma histories and complex presentations.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record.
• Participate in clinical supervision, consultation, and team meetings as required.
• Adhere to ethical standards, agency policies, and New York State regulations.

Compensation:

• Fee – For – Service:

$70 - $ 100/ hour

Premiums paid for:

• Non-English language capacity

• Experience

• Select clinical specialties

• Adhere to ethical standards, agency policies, and New York State regulations.

Qualifications:

• Active New York StateLCSW or LMHC (required)

• EMDR trained (Part 1 & Part II completed) or EMDR certified

• Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy

• Comfort working with children and adult populations

• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage caseload independently within productivity expectations

• Access to a laptop or CPS, secure internet, and a phone required.
