Job summary

Advocate Health in Wisconsin seeks a licensed behavioral health professional to provide therapy services across adult teams. You will assess, plan and deliver evidence-based interventions while coordinating care with hospital partners and community resources.

40 hours weekly, on-site, with a flexible schedule to meet patient needs. Eligibility requires a Master’s in Social Work or Psychology and a Wisconsin/Illinois license or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology or related field.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wisconsin/Illinois.
• 1 year of behavioral health therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couple, family or group therapy aligned with patient needs.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans; update as needed.
• Coordinate care with hospital and external services for discharge planning.
• Complete documentation within established timelines.
