Job summary

Piedmont Community Services seeks a Full Time Outpatient and Assessment Services Therapist to deliver outpatient therapy and conduct comprehensive needs assessments for adults and children with mental health and/or substance use disorders. The role requires licensure eligibility or active licensure in Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).

License-eligible candidates will register with the state board and receive weekly supervision toward licensure; prior experience with SMI/SED/substance use is valued.

Qualifications

• Virginia licensure eligibility or active licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) required or anticipated.
• Register with the state board and receive weekly supervision toward licensure.
• Experience with adults/children with mental health or substance use disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Outpatient Therapy to adults and/or children.
• Complete Comprehensive Needs Assessments for adults and/or children.
• Coordinate care and participate in multi-disciplinary teams as needed.
