Pasadena Villa Outpatient Colorado Springs is seeking a licensed outpatient therapist to provide individual and group therapy to clients. You will develop psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and discharge planning in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes crisis intervention, client advocacy, and timely documentation, operating within our client-centered care model at a growing center in Colorado Springs.

Qualifications

• Must possess licensure/clinical credentialing as required for outpatient therapy.
• Experience conducting psychosocial evaluations and developing treatment plans.
• Experience delivering weekly individual and family therapy.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions for clients.
• Complete psychosocial evaluations and treatment plans with progress notes.
• Monitor behavior interventions and provide skills coaching.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care through discharge.
• Document timely and accurately per policies and procedures.
