Job summary

Talera in Fairfax, VA is seeking an Outpatient Therapist for our outpatient mental health services on a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 am–4:30 pm). You will provide evidence-based, person-centered therapy to diverse populations in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling required.
• Virginia licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LCADC, or LMFT required.

• Proven experience conducting individual, family, and group counseling (PHP/IOP).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent organizational abilities.
