As an Outpatient Therapist , you will provide:

• Psychotherapy Services:Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals and/or families to address behavioral health concerns, enhance emotional functioning, and support progress toward treatment goals.
• Clinical Assessment & Treatment Planning:Conduct comprehensive assessments, establish diagnoses when appropriate, and collaborate with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Therapeutic Interventions:Utilize clinically appropriate modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT-informed, trauma-informed approaches) to reduce symptoms, improve coping skills, and promote overall wellbeing.

Compensation

This role is compensated on a variable rate model, designed to reward productivity while providing consistent earning opportunity through established referral volume.

Compensation: $57,235 - $73,495

This is a variable rate non-exempt position with unlimited earning potential. Your effort drives your earnings, no limits.
