Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $100.00/hr

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual, couples, or family counseling to a diverse outpatient caseload.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries promptly.
• Use your clinical creativity to tailor evidence‑based interventions (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, play therapy, etc.) to client needs.
• Coordinate care with physicians, schools, social‑service agencies, and other stakeholders when appropriate.
• Attend monthly clinical meetings (virtual or in‑person) and engage in peer consultation.

What You Bring

• Active Pennsylvania license as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist (LSW considered if close to clinical hours).
• At least one year of post‑licensure outpatient experience (or strong clinical internship + supervision).
• Solid documentation and time‑management skills; comfort with electronic records and telehealth.
• Commitment to culturally responsive practice and an inclusive therapeutic environment.
• Ability to pass PA criminal, child‑line, and FBI clearances.
• Specialty training (e.g., trauma treatment, couples work, play therapy, substance‑use counseling).
• Interest in running groups or community workshops.
