Job summary

Community Services Group in Williamsport, PA is seeking an Outpatient Therapist (Mental Health Professional) to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to individuals and families within our Adult and Youth MH Services.

The role offers a flexible, full-time schedule (40 hrs/week) with day hours and 2-3 evenings; a $1,500 sign-on bonus after the first 3 months; starting salary around $50,000 with potential for growth through supervision and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctorate degree in social work, counseling, psychology or a related field.
• Licensed as LSW, LCSW, LAPC, LPC, LAMFT or LMFT is acceptable.
• Ability to deliver individual, family and group counseling to children, adolescents, and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to individuals and families.
• Offer individual, family and/or group counseling to children, adolescents, and families.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, case managers, nurses and school staff.
• Participate in clinical team and staff meetings and provide on-call services as scheduled.

The Mental Health Professional reports to the Program Coordinator or Director.This position is part of our Adult and Youth Mental Health (MH) Services Outpatient Services.Schedule: Flexible, Full-Time Schedule (40 hrs./wk.) Monday to Friday - Day hours with 2 to 3 evenings per week.CSG is offering a $1,500.00 Sign-On-Bonus for this position!
