Community Services Group is seeking a Mental Health Professional in Williamsport, PA to join a multidisciplinary team and deliver therapeutic services in home and community settings. The role includes developing treatment plans, leading individual and group sessions, and coordinating with families and agencies to support recovery.

The position offers a 40-hour work week with some evenings and on-call rotations, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus after the initial evaluation period.

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in one of the specified fields and 2 years experience in a CASSP program.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure health, safety and welfare of individuals and monitor psychiatric health needs.
  • Develop and implement program plans to enhance social, emotional, cognitive, physical and independent living skills.

The MHP is responsible for providing mental health treatment services and assisting those they serve (and often their families) achieve an optimal level of functioning through the provision of therapeutic services. The MHP works with employees in implementing individual and group programming. This can occur either in the home or community settings. In addition, the MHP provides responsible care to individuals in the program and is responsible for the routine operation of the location while on duty. The MHP will serve a role in the clinical aspects of the individual’s recovery process. The MHP reports directly to the Program Director. Schedule: Flexible, Full-Time Schedule (40 hrs./wk.) Monday to Friday - Day hours with 2 to 3 evenings per week as needed and on-call coverage. CSG is offering a $1,500.00 Sign-On-Bonus for this position!
