Job summary

Circles Of Care in Florida seeks a licensed mental health professional to provide general psychological services. Interview clients on admission, prepare psychosocial histories, and deliver diagnostic summaries and treatment recommendations.

The role includes assessing client and family needs, coordinating discharge plans, offering client and family group work, and arranging discharge in a timely fashion. Flexible scheduling!

Qualifications

• Requires licensure by the State of Florida Department of Health as either a PhD, PsyD, LSCW, LMHC, or LMFT.

Responsibilities

• Interview the client upon admission for a detailed psychosocial history and provide comprehensive information, diagnostic summary, and treatment recommendations for client care.
• Assess client and family needs and resources and arrange appropriate discharge plans in a timely fashion.
• Provide client and family group work services, including psychosocial therapies, client and family conferences to share diagnostic information, information regarding patients’ progress in treatment, assessing client/client-family relationships, and coordinating treatment and discharge plans.
