Job summary

Job description

• Requires licensure by the State of Florida Department of Health as either a PhD, PsyD, LSCW, LMHC, or LMFT.

To contribute quality care and service to the client by providing professional work in the performance of general psychological services. Interview the client upon admission for a detailed psychosocial history and provide comprehensive information, diagnostic summary, and treatment recommendations for client care. Assess client and family needs and resources and arrange appropriate discharge plans in a timely fashion. Provide client and family group work services, including psychosocial therapies, client and family conferences to share diagnostic information, information regarding patients’ progress in treatment, assessing client/client-family relationships, and coordinating treatment and discharge plans.
