About The Role
Seneca Family of Agencies is hiring an Outpatient Therapist in Oakland, CA. Outpatient Therapists work with youth and their caregivers to provide healing-centered individual and family therapy, group therapy, and case-management services, as well as conducting mental health assessments. They collaborate with teachers, social workers, probation officers, psychiatrists, and other members of the youth's care team to support and celebrate the success of youth and families in their communities.
About The Pathways Counseling Center
Pathways Counseling Center at Seneca (PCCS) operates as a general outpatient mental health clinic serving under-served children, youth, and families in Alameda County. PCCS offers trauma-informed mental health services aimed at strengthening family relationships, promoting resilience, and fostering healthy emotional development. Our services include individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, parenting support, parent-child dyadic therapy, and case management. Therapists work with clients in our Oakland clinic, as well as in homes, schools, and community settings. Our team includes licensed supervisors and licensed or license-eligible therapists.
