LCSWs, LPCs, and LMFTs: looking for private practice work that doesn't feel like burnout in disguise?
Mindwave Therapy is growing, and we're looking for a licensed therapist to join our trauma-informed practice in Little Rock, Arkansas. This role was built with therapists in mind — Mindwave was founded by a therapist who understands the emotional load, documentation demands, and productivity pressure that come with clinical work. Here, you'll have the structure and support to do meaningful therapy without being micromanaged.
We're building this practice with growth-oriented clinicians who want full, sustainable caseloads. Our referral flow supports 25+ sessions a week, and we're looking for someone ready to grow into that, without the pressure of productivity requirements or penalties. Therapist wellbeing means respecting your clinical capacity, and no one knows what that is better than you do.
Real flexibility
Set your own schedule and work from a fully furnished private office in Little Rock, with the option to include telehealth for Arkansas clients if it fits your style.
Full admin support
We handle marketing, scheduling, billing, insurance, credentialing, and initial client communication so you can focus on clinical care.
Steady, aligned referrals
We match clients thoughtfully based on your strengths, interests, and specialties, and pause referrals whenever you're full. We're actively credentialed with BCBS, Ambetter, UHC, Aetna, UMR, MHBP, Medicare, and Medicaid.
