Job summary

High Plains Mental Health Center in Phillipsburg, Kansas invites applications for an Outpatient Therapist to deliver individual, family, and group therapy. You will conduct intake assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and provide evidence-based care within a CC BCHC-certified clinic.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy).
  • Current Kansas BSRB licensure as one of the following: Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Master Level Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist, Licensed Master Social Worker (clinical track) or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with MH track, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist.
  • Ability to pass all required background checks and pre-employment drug screening.

Pay: from $64,218 per year (salaried) | Incentive Pay | $7,500-9,000 SIGN-ON BONUS | $200 optional Saturday clinic bonus

Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm (+ >3 hours outside normal business hours per week | 40 hours / week total)

Requirements
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
  • Current Kansas BSRB licensure as one of the following:

  • Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets insurability requirements (if using Center vehicle)
